An Overview of Exercise Class
There are a multitude of different exercise classes available, which differ from location to location. Common exercise classes include:
- Legs, Bums & Tums
- Body Attack
- Combat Fitness
- Muscle Pump
- Buggy Boot Camp
All forms of fitness can be improved upon from attending these classes. Different disciplines will develop different areas of fitness more rapidly.
Weight loss programmes can be added with the introduction of additional activity. These classes can burn a lot of calories.
Social interaction with other attendees usually occurs! And exercise classes provide a good way of getting fit whilst meeting new people.
