Fundraising and Development Manager
To help us achieve our ambitions, we are seeking to appoint a Fundraising and Development Manager to join our Executive team, and to support the delivery and execution of the cricket participation element of our first strategy. Joining us as a Fundraising and Development Manager will afford you the opportunity to play an important role in supporting the delivery of cricket programmes across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. Your contribution will help us widen participation and strengthen community engagement in support of the ECB’s Inspiring Generations 2 strategy.

- Support the delivery of partnerships across the County, both inside and outside of the game, to enable more people to benefit from the social and wellbeing benefits of cricket
- Building cricket advocacy within our communities by empowering volunteers across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to improve lives through cricket-related experiences.
