Guests are welcome to try us out for one month. Just register and run for one month with us.
We use TeamApp and guests can request to be added by contacting us here.

Monday 7:00 p.m. Runs of varying lengths
Wednesday 7:00 p.m. Coached session. Speed work.
Friday 12:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. Runs of varying lengths.
Sunday 10:30 a.m. Gentle easy paced run.
