W.E. Basketball's club mission is to provide affordable and fun team basketball in support of the health, friendships and general happiness of our members. Initially, we are launching with provisions for women and non-binary people. For our club, 2024 is our founding year and represents a development period for our women's and non-binary team. This team has structured training, will play friendly matches, enjoy some other special bball events, and will prepare for entry into the competitive Strathclyde local league for the 2024-2025 season beginning in the Autumn. Supporting those who wish to give back and for all among our basketball teams to be their best, confident selves.

Our qualified coaches, ref, and others are certified with BasketballScotland. Plus, background (PVG) checks are processed for all with club responsibilities. These steps help ensure the safety of vulnerable people and children among our club's members at our founding and as we grow.
