The Regional Football Centre is ideally located adjacent to Scotland's National Football Stadium at Hampden Park. Each of the synthetic and grass football pitches is built to the highest FIFA 2 Star standards, ideal for training and suitable for FIFA approved match play. The inclusion of four all-weather pitches, including an indoor pitch, means that training needs can be met whatever the weather. The indoor pitch has a clear floor to ceiling height of 18m, providing an ideal private environment for match preparation.

The Sports Injury First Aid course provides knowledge and information regarding Emergency First Aid with a focus upon sport injuries. Our qualified tutor will cover basic life support and illness management topics found upon most first aid courses and includes key sports topics such as return to play decisions, managing specialist sports injuries, when to and not to use ice, and other sports specific first aid treatments. This course has been created for the coach, team/ club first aider, club official or other adult involved with the club who wishes to enhance their first aid knowledge.
