About ScotSom Club
Our aim is to provide recreational facilities amongst the community in Scotland, primarily amongst the Somali community in Scotland with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons who are members of those communities.
The main beneficiaries from our activities are; Children or young people, Older People, People with a particular ethnic or racial origin. We aim to achieve the following;
- Support people and families who are new to Glasgow access services and activities
- Children and young people have better health and well being
- Increase community cohesion and tolerance
- Reduce isolation, stigma and discrimination for people new to Scotland and Glasgow
