We teach Judo, Japanese Jujitsu, Sambo wrestling and Backhold wrestling

We have trained Olympic and national level competitors in Judo progressing and competing at the highest levels of the sport.

We believe the benefits of Martial Arts gives participants (and especially youngsters) strength , flexibility, and coordination as well as greater qualities of self-esteem , self-discipline, self-confidence and honourable behaviour.

How we teach is the perfect way to prepare your child for adult life. It will introduce them to a good moral code, fitness, strength and confidence and teach them self-defence at the same time. All coaching is by qualified coaches who are trained and have been screened for their suitability for working with young people.

The multiple weekly training sessions, squad sessions, mix and matches, inter club competitions that are in place represent the 1st steps on a pathway for future National, Commonwealth, International and Olympic games participation. At these sessions players will hone their judo, martial arts skills and develop a strong work ethic through a combination of structured technical and sport specific exercises/games.
