Activity Information
We encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
Our Boccia Sessions provide participants with opportunities to try a Paralympic sport similar to bowls. This target sport develops precision, muscle control and teamwork skills. No previous experience needed, so why not come along and try something new!
