Activity Information
Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
Our Disability Learn to Swim sessions are delivered by our highly experienced and qualified Disability Sport Coaches, these sessions will assist people to be water confident, develop core aquatic skills and keep fit.
Our Disability Sport sessions are included within the Active Club membership for Glasgow Club which you can see here. Please contact our Disability Sport team at disabilitysport@glasgowlife.org.uk to enquire about attending this session.
