Brian Long's Martial Arts Academy provides opportunities for all ages to receive coaching by a national level experienced coach plus the chance to compete in a range of Martial Arts at all levels.
We believe the benefits of Martial Arts gives participants (and especially youngsters) strength , flexibility, and coordination as well as greater qualities of self-esteem , self-discipline, self-confidence and honourable behaviour.
How we teach is the perfect way to prepare your child for adult life. It will introduce them to a good moral code, fitness, strength and confidence and teach them self-defence at the same time. All coaching is by qualified coaches who are trained and have been screened for their suitability for working with young people.
We offer the first session for free and deliver activities at Glasgow Club Scotstoun, Palace of Art and Hybrid Fight Academy in Glasgow.
