Boxing
Boxing is a very popular sport both at professional and amateur level. The sport involves two fighters competing over a scheduled distance with the winner being decided on points at the end of the fight or due to a stoppage during the fight. However, boxing is also fantastic for fitness and discipline and lots of people enjoy the sport without competing in organised competition.
