Fans for Diversity Fund
Through the Fans for Diversity campaign, delivered in partnership with the Football Supporters’ Association, Kick It Out support fans to hold events at their clubs and take action in their communities to make sure everyone feels at home. Every fan should feel welcome at every match. No one should feel excluded because of their age, gender, race, disability, sexual orientation or any other aspect of who they are.

About Fans for Diversity Fund
With the Fans for Diversity Fund, funding and logistical support can be offered to push for diversity in sport. What you do is up to you – the only limit is your imagination.
In the past, fans have used Fans for Diversity funding to:
- Set up the LGBT fans' group network Pride in Football
- Organise open days and events for fans with disabilities
- Arrange women's football tournaments and panel debates for female supporters
- Support non-league clubs to take part in Non League Day.
These events demonstrate the type of activity previously supported but Kick It Out and the FSF welcome any prospective or innovative ideas. Football supporters are invited to put forward their own ideas for fan-led activity, which promotes diversity and takes a clear stand against discrimination.
