Through 6 years of experience and extensive training I specialise in tailored therapeutic massages focused around respect, care, and over-all improved wellbeing. My massages incorporate Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage techniques. During treatments I aim to guide clients into a relaxed state where I am able to manoeuvre and manipulate their tissues to improve mobility, increase blood flow, boost the immune system, detoxify and stimulate the lymphatic system and ultimately find more ease in their body. I wish to generate a sense of healing and support within each client and encourage clients to heal while feeling stronger mentally and emotionally as well as physically.
