Activity Information
Vitality classes offer a friendly, supportive way to become more active, improve confidence, and strengthen movement for everyday life. Our instructors are trained to help participants work safely at their own pace, adapting exercises to different levels of mobility, balance, and fitness.
The focus is on what you can do and helping you progress in a way that feels comfortable. Vitality classes are suitable for people who may feel unsteady on their feet, have reduced strength or mobility, are returning to activity after a period of inactivity, or want extra support staying active.
This class is suitable for people who can walk independently or with a walking aid and who are comfortable moving between different exercise stations with guidance. Exercises focus on improving balance, strength, and coordination through simple functional movements. This level may suit those who are mobile but find some movements or daily tasks more challenging and would benefit from a slightly more active, circuit-style format.
If you are unsure where to start, we can help guide you to the most suitable class to ensure you feel safe, supported, and able to enjoy being active. For more information, call us 0141 287 9882 or email us and we will be happy to advise.
