SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH SOME EXPERIENCE OR GOOD LEVEL OF FITNESS AS DURING THIS CLASS WE WILL MOVE AT A FASTER PACE.
*From W/C 3rd November till W/E 20th December we will focus on a different chakra each week.
Always working on nourishing our bodies and minds in tune with the current season.
