Activity Information
Learn Shotokan and Sport Karate in our teens' and adult classes, aimed to students age 13+. Here we cover the three fundamental areas of karate training: kihon; kata and kumite, helping you develop your martial arts skills across the board. You will use a combination of solo, partner and pad work throughout your training so that you can apply real technique to real feelings.
From Day 1, your learning journey is tailored to suit you. Through structured classes and curriculum, regular informal reviews, home study materials and a personal online activity hub, you are equipped with everything you need to discover your own inner greatness.
