Activity Information

The Tai Chi sessions involve standing exercises to improve mobility, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Including warms-ups, Qi Gong exercises and Tai Chi related movements, the exercises are suitable for all ages from 16 and above, and for all levels of fitness and physical health.

These gentle and flowing exercises not only improve general health and well-being but also encourage calmness and mental relaxation.

The sessions will help develop physical and mental health using movement and mindfulness. Jan Kauskas has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi in Glasgow for many years.
