Activity Information
Karate is a fun, exciting and healthy activity for children of all ages and abilities. Our Junior Karate Classes are aimed at children of all abilities aged between 4 and 11 years and provide an all-round and fun experience of karate.There are numerous opportunities to meet and make new friends as well as to participate in a wide variety of fun and competitive activities. As well as teaching children to kick, punch, block and a variety of general fitness activities Karate teaches children to live a healthy and fit lifestyle that they will carry into their adult lives.Karate promotes overall confidence, self-respect, physical and mental wellbeing, concentration and independence. The kicking and punching of pads as well as the fun orientated physical activities within a safe and supportive environment are great for reducing emotional stress.New members are always welcome.
