Activity Information
Jiggly Joggers provide a FREE 5K+ programme that helps joggers who have completed their couch to 5k journey to take the next steps. The volunteers are trained, friendly jog leaders and will support you to build activity levels over a number of weeks.
Jiggly Joggers CIC is a community based walking/jogging/running network founded in Feb 2018 by Elaine Leitch. We are affiliated to Jog Scotland and have recently joined the Shettleston Community Sports Hub.
All meeting places are public places so please park responsibly and if possible walk to group. There are no toilet facilities so pleased be refreshed before you come along! Please contact the club prior to attending to ensure that the session is taking place and we can make necessary arrangements to welcome you to the club.
