Activity Information
Our runs are suitable for runners of all levels, from those looking to start running and get fit through to competitive runners.
Meet from 10.30am ready to start promptly at 10:45am.
Every week we offer a range runs catering for all abilities led by our Jog Scotland-qualified Jog Leaders.
For a £1 fee (payable at the Arc reception) we have access to changing / shower facilities and lockers. If you only want to access the toilets, this is free.
The first class is free and the club offers annual and pay as you go memberships!
