This is an innovative and energetic programme which has been developed at Giggle N Grow to offer a stimulating and enjoyable music and exercise experience which can be adapted to suit the age range or special requirements of many children with special needs.

Regular physical activity is good for everyone but its particularly important for children, the first five years of their life are the most important years for growth and development, It's during this time that they will develop the habits that they'll take with them into adulthood, with opportunities and experiences that positively influence their choices around active play.

Our MOVE! DANCE! GO! sessions aim to help build and develop every child's potential through participation in this active, fun activity which they can enjoy along with their parent/carer. These sessions help to:
