Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, which translates as 'The art of hand and foot' - and that's exactly what it is! Formed from Karate and Korean kickboxing, it's known for its flamboyant kicks. Taekwondo helps develop flexibility and has a number of additional physical and mental health benefits.
Aspects you can choose to focus on include sparring, patterns, board breaking and techniques.
