Activity Information
We provide learn to ride sessions for women and families
We provide confidence building led rides from beginner led rides to more advanced sessions such as BMX-ing, Mountain biking and a cycle touring programme
We have family sessions such as balance bike tasters, family learn to ride sessions and family led rides.
We have women and family bike maintenance sessions.
We have cycling events, talks and film nights.
All equipment provided. Trainers are friendly and experienced
