Activity Information
Our young students learn traditional Shotokan karate by incorporating group learning, interactive games and fun challenges throughout the class. Not only does this encourage socialising and making new friends. It results in an instant feeling of achievement, making your child see they really are capable of anything they put their mind to!
At this stage, we focus on building confidence and techniques so that little karateka graduate to our Kids' Karate Programme with a head start. Your child will learn basic syllabus techniques using solo, partner and pad work, working through a curriculum designed to create strong learning foundations. We've seen Cub graduate students excel on graduating, developing at immense rates, purely due to building the basics at a younger age.
