Bouldering is a branch of rock climbing, performed safely at low level above crash mats, without the hindrance of equipment normally associated with climbing. This allows the participant to fully focus on the techniques and movements and makes it easier for those wishing to climb to gain safe entry into the activity. It's a great way to keep fit without it feeling like you're exercising.

We make getting started easy. All you need to do is to come on down, watch our 10 minute safety video and you're climbing. If you choose, you can then progress through classes and coaching or just come and have fun! We offer a range of courses for all ages, including Taster sessions. With a cafe and free parking, we also offer birthday party packages and completely free climbing to anyone over 70! If you are unsure, pop in, have a coffee and a chat.
